Hello!
Today’s post is delicious! Have you seen the new challenge over at Cupcake Inspirations? For their challenge (#434), they have provided this photo for inspiration:
It looks so yummy! I couldn’t wait to get started on my card.
I decided to make my background black, like a night sky, with falling snow. I cut my cardstock down to 4×5.25 and splattered white paint on the paper using a paintbrush. Next, I cut my pale blue cardstock using one of the adorable Holiday Border Dies and one of the rectangles from the Fancy Frames Dies.
I colored up this adorable digital stamp from Chilly Time and mounted it on foam dots. I cut an extra strip of black cardstock and wrote ‘let’s cuddle’ with white gel pen. Then, I mounted my card front on to the card base. All done!
Be sure to check out all of the awesome inspiration going on over at the challenge blog, and head over to the CDD blog as well to see what some of the other DT members came up with!
Hugs to all,
That background is absolutely striking, and your digi is perfectly colored. You card fit our color challenge perfectly (and personally I love seeing so much black on a card). Thank you for being a guest Sweetie this week over at Cupcake Inspiration!
