i-crafter | New Release Blog Hop!

Hey crafty friends!

I’m so excited to announce that I’ve joined the Design Team for a brand new company that has just launched at Creativation this year. The new company, i-crafter, is making waves in the crafty industry with their gorgeous blue metal dies and adorable designs. I can’t wait to share my projects with you over the next few months!

To start things off, I grabbed some black cardstock and created an A2 sized card base. I treated a smaller piece of black cardstock with anti-static powder and used my Mini MISTI to stamp out the maze image from the ‘Amaze Me’ stamp set in clear embossing ink. I poured on white embossing powder and tapped off the excess, then melted the powder with my heat tool.

Once my embossing was done, I trimmed down the cardstock so that only a thin border was left around the maze. I snagged a piece of white cardstock and trimmed it down to 4×5.25. Using my Mini MISTI again, I stamped out the sentiment, ‘you amaze me,’ in black ink. I popped my maze up on foam for some added dimension and interest.

For a sweet finishing touch, I stamped out the cute heart image in red ink and then cut it out. I adhered it to my maze and then added a layer of Nuvo Morning Dew Drops for a bit of shine. Once the heart was dry, I attached the card panel to my black card base and that finished my card.
