Scrapbook .com | Spanish Sentiments

Hey friends!

I’m so excited to be sharing two cards I created with the Scrapbook .com exclusive stamp, ‘Sentimientos en Espanol.’ I don’t have nearly enough sentiments in my stash for friends who speak languages other than English, so this is literally perfect!

I had the best time making these fun, rainbow colored cards using Nuvo Drops and Simon Hurley create. Dye Inks. The colors make me SO happy! For the ‘happy birthday’ card, I stamped out my sentiment repeatedly – alternating Scrapbook .com’s Hybrid Black Ink and each of Simon’s colors. Then, I went back and added coordinating Nuvo Crystal Drops in varying sizes around the edges of the sentiments to brighten up the card. Once everything was nice and dry, I adhered the card panel to a white A2 sized card base and that finished it off!

For the ‘thank you’ card, I stamped the sentiment four times in embossing ink and poured embossing powder on top. I melted the embossing powder with my heat tool and cut the strip down to size. I mounted it on a white A2 sized card base, but I felt like it needed some more color! I decided to use the Simon Hurley create. Dye Ink pads again here – I used the edge of the ink pad itself and swiped the ink on to my cardstock. I repeated this for each of the colors and then added Morning Dew Nuvo Crystal Drops and Sparkling Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh for a bit of extra pizzazz.

I hope you love these fun and easy cards and that you’re inspired to try out some of the exclusive Scrapbook .com stamps – they really are great quality!

Hugs and love,
