Brutus Monroe | Inspiration Team Hop | Pretty Paper

Hey friends!

It’s hop day for the Brutus Monroe Inspiration Team! This week’s theme is ‘pretty paper’ and – you guessed it! – we’re using patterned paper as the focus for our projects.

For my card, I chose the Bold Rainbow Paper Pack and did a little fussy cutting. I cut along the existing pattern and removed a section of the pattern. I placed the two pieces of card stock on a piece of white card stock and used alcohol markers to add a bit of shading.

I added a strip of black card stock at the top to give a more defined end to the pattern and then stamped ‘you got this my friend’ from Lucky You. I popped the panel up on foam tape and attached it to a white A2 card base. That finished my card!
