The long weekend is over and, I don’t know about you – but, I’m exhausted! So much for rest and relaxation. It seems like the long weekends are even less restorative than the normal ones. Bummer, huh? Ah well, I got a bunch of crafting in and that makes any weekend excellent!
Last night, I decided to take a swing at the free class that Kit & Clowder was offering on YouTube. I have never done any coloring classes and I wanted to see what I could learn from it. Here are some peaks of my process along the way. I followed along with the video as Alyce gave instructions on how to color this digital stamp from La La Land Crafts. So cute!
I have always wanted to improve my Copic coloring (because, let’s be honest, I am lacking in skill, even as beginners go lol!), so this was the perfect chance. The video was very informative and Alyce gave so much awesome information that I will carry with me into all of my coloring projects going forward. I am excited to take some of her coloring classes in the near future to keep adding to my coloring abilities.
If you’ve ever wanted to improve your coloring or make your projects look more realistic, I would definitely suggest checking our her website and signing up for some online classes. You won’t be disappointed.
This was also my entry for day 4 of #thedailymarker30day challenge with Kathy. If you haven’t been a part of one of her color challenges in the past, check it out. I absolutely love when challenge month comes around!
Big hugs everyone!
