Getting Back to Normal

Things are finally settling down around here! I feel like it’s been a million years since I’ve posted. So much has been keeping me busy. I am getting close to having my craft room completely unpacked and ready to go, but there’s still more to do.

I did get a chance to sit down and make a card today, though, so I am sharing it with you here! I really love this stamp set from Craftin Desert Divas. The images are too stinkin’ cute. I just can’t get over it!

I stamped out the images using my Mini Misti, then used my COPIC markers to color them and the sky/grass background. I used my new set of Distress Oxides (Wild Honey) and a new honeycomb stencil I snagged at Tuesday Morning recently to create the background and then die cut it with the Fancy Scalloped Rectangles from Lawn Fawn. I heat embossed the sentiment in white and mounted the sentiment and stamped images on foam for dimension. I tied some baker’s twine up top for a bit of interest and voila! Card complete! ☺️
